The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers honored the Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, through an official letter addressed from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to the office of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in which she commended Shari’s efforts in making the educational process successful and providing it with everything that serves our country due to his great scientific efforts throughout the period of the Covid-19 pandemic and his contribution to providing health and awareness services to the community and his laboratory work, which contributed to strengthening the efforts of health departments in several governorates during the pandemic period, as well as submitting patents in this regard that contribute to the prevention of this epidemic in addition to providing dozens of activities  Voluntary, scientific and societal activities throughout the period of the health ban, which distinguished his work and received wide praise, whether from the World Health Organization or concerned organizations and health departments in Basra and the rest of the provinces.  Academics in Basra praised the importance of this honor for the efforts of Shari, who put a clear imprint and great effort during his tenure as the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy.
