The Department of Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrahh has started maintenance work for the department research and postgraduate laboratory. the Head of the Pharmacognosy Department Assistant Professor Dr. Ola Muhammad Nour Al-Moussawi, stated: The laboratory will be maintained and equipped with laboratory equipment, and its design will be approved according to the quality requirements of the laboratories. Al-Moussawi added: The laboratory will also be expanded and equipped with a modern hood characterized by a high degree of chemical withdrawal, in addition to equipping it with a special system for the withdrawal of gases and vapors that are used in extraction during research operations for graduate students.
