Professor Falah Hassan Shari, a professor at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, received a certificate of participation in the workshop (Administrative Excellence in the Academic Work System) organized by the International Scientific Association for Quality Education and Academic Accreditation (QEAAS) with the participation of researchers and specialists.
 The workshop included lectures delivered by a group of specialists on the administrative process and its effective role in academic work and scientific research. Administrative competencies are considered the basis for the development of any institution, and it is also considered the main pillar on which it relies to achieve its goals;  This is because these competencies are the source of creativity and development, and therefore this strategic resource needs management and follow-up, and it also needs to deepen and strengthen its knowledge, and refine its skills, all through the processes of development, training, training and learning.
