Under the slogan (light a candle is better than criticizing the darkness), the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Tasnim Scout Association, organized a campaign to plant the gardens of the college.  Cultural, development workshops, charitable bazaars, and others.
 The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, stated that this cooperation comes from the door of openness and encouragement of students to work to serve the community and to cooperate with organizations that seek to provide services to students of science and universities in a way that contributes to the progress and development of our dear country and our beloved sight, to light a candle that lights up our dear generations and at the same time we urge them  On the importance of volunteering in community service.
