Basrah - College of Pharmacy Media:

The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized a seminar titled "Liquisolid Technique," in a lecture presented by Dr. Noor Youssef Fareed.

The seminar included an explanation of the Liquisolid technique, which is used to increase the solubility of poorly soluble drugs inside the body.

The seminar explained that this method relies on a mathematical model to calculate the amounts of solid and liquid materials used in the preparation, in order to produce a mixture with acceptable flowability and compressibility. The seminar aimed to demonstrate the possibility of applying this method in the pharmaceutical industry.
