College of Pharmacy at University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled: (Solid liquid compact technique)presented by the lecturer:Noor Yosif Farid .
The seminar included an explanation of a method that tend to increase the solubility of low-soluble drugs within the body. The seminar showed that this method depends on a mathematical model to calculate the amount of solid and liquid materials used in preparation in order to produce an acceptable mixture in terms of flowability and compressibility. The lecture aimed to present a possible method that may be used in the  pharmaceutical industries.
