The President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, honored the Vice President of the University Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Sherri with the shield of excellence and creativity during the ceremony held at the Presidency Building of the University of Basrah on the occasion of the university's obtaining the first place in Iraq in the Time Impact classification.
