The Vice President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Sherri, discussed with His Excellency the Minister of Environment (Nizar Muhammad Saeed) joint cooperation and building bridges of scientific exchange and benefiting from academic experiences, during the meeting of the two sides to discuss several important topics, including preserving the environment and confronting climate changes and pollutants, and harnessing the scientific academic research energies in order to provide support for the work of the Ministry of Environment in the field of climate improvement and treatment of pollution at all levels, in order to serve the community and work. To transform the scientific aspect to its applied field in providing service to the Iraqi state ministries.
