Under the auspices and guidance of the esteemed President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shahin Hamadi, and with the assignment of a high-level delegation from the University, including the Deputy of the University President, Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, and several deans, a visit was made to the home of the student from the College of Education for Girls who was subjected to an attack on campus yesterday. The delegation confirmed the student's health and well-being, and the Dean of the College of Education for Girls conveyed the University President's greetings and reassurance to the student's family, as well as confirming that the incident did not involve any security breach of the campus. The University will take legal action against any party that attempted to present the incident in a different light. The University of Basrah will remain a place of academic excellence, knowledge, success, and safety. May Allah protect all its students, faculty, and staff from any harm.
