The Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants Department at the College of Pharmacy, University of Basrah, organized a technical seminar entitled "How to Prepare an Accurate Electronic Answer Model", with the participation of researchers and specialists.
The session featured a specialized lecture by Mrs. Rana Hassan Shamkhi, providing intensive theoretical and practical training for faculty members on preparing answer models compatible with electronic grading systems to ensure error-free machine reading.
The lecture covered the technical aspects of using Microsoft Word for design, including the installation of dedicated OMR fonts, table formatting, and technical troubleshooting. It also clarified the types of questions suitable for electronic grading and the methodical arrangement of models for various assessment types.
