Seminar: "Regenerative Food and Lifestyle for Anti-Aging" by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Ilah Abdul-Hussein

The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the College of Pharmacy, University of Basrah, organized an advanced seminar titled: "Food and Lifestyle Ability to Increase Regenerative Cells and Anti-Aging Role", attracting specialized researchers and pharmaceutical scientists.

The lecture, delivered by Prof. Dr. **Abdul-Ilah Abdul-Hussein Saheen**, provided a scientific analysis of Nobel Prize-winning research on **Autophagy**. He demonstrated that 16 hours of fasting triggers genetic mechanisms in DNA that stimulate cellular degradation, subsequently activating stem cells and providing essential substances for life and longevity.

Scientific Foundations & Biological Miracles:
Cellular Renewal
Stem cell activation through triggered Autophagy mechanisms
Immune Vitality
Bone marrow stimulation and active cancer cell destruction
