The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, on the sidelines of the cultural week, visited the Iranian Ferdowsi University and was part of the delegation of the University of Basrah; He visited the Agriculture and Plant Research Center.
Shri stated: The center contains a lot of classified medicinal plants, where we looked at the newly discovered medicinal plants that are registered in a special database to assist researchers in the field of medicinal plants and drugs to conduct their research on them without the trouble of searching for their whereabouts.
Shri added: There will be continuous cooperation between Ferdowsi University and the College of Pharmacy in particular, according to the Memorandum of Understanding, in the field of pharmacognosy and medicinal plants, as it is a department that is no less important than the rest of the departments of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah.
