The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, participated in the meeting that brought together the University of Basrah Council with His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, this evening, Wednesday, December 7, 2022, and in the presence of the Governor of Basra, Eng. Asaad Al-Eidani, and a ministerial delegation that includes both the Minister of Health, Dr. Saleh Mahdi  Al-Hasnawi, Minister of Environment, Mr. Nizar Muhammad Saeed, Minister of Water Resources, Mr. Aoun Diab Abdullah, Minister of Electricity, Mr. Ziyad Ali Fadel, Deputy Minister of Oil, Mr. Karim Hattab, and Member of Parliament, Dr. Aso Feridoun.  During the meeting, His Excellency expressed his thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome, praising the valuable achievements made by the University of Basrah in various disciplines. In a speech he delivered, the President of the Republic expressed his happiness at visiting Basra, adding that his visit to Basra comes to see its conditions, meet its various spectra and components, and listen to the problems they suffer from.  .
