The Clinical Laboratory Sciences Department at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized a panel discussion entitled (What is dyslexia) with the participation of researchers and specialists
 The panel discussion included a lecture given by the lecturer Heba Dawood Abdel-Wahhab, in which she explained the study of dyslexia in children and adults, the causes of the disorder and methods of treatment, and the meaning of dyslexia is a disorder that results in the difficulty of reading for a child and understanding what he reads and thus writing.  The word, and therefore there will be a defect between seeing the letter and the sound of the letter, which leads to difficulty in reading words for these patients, and the reason is not a defect in vision at all, but it occurs in children and continues with them until adulthood, and we can reduce its symptoms, but it is completely incurable, and those infected with it have a high level of intelligence that exceeds  Their peers are among the celebrities infected with the world famous Einstein, actors Tom Cruise and Daniel Radcliffe, boxing champion Muhammad Ali Clay and a very long list of world celebrities
