The College of Pharmacy organizes a panel discussion on PCR technology

The Clinical Laboratory Sciences department at the College of Pharmacy organized a panel discussion entitled
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Technique with the participation of researchers and specialists.
The seminar included a lecture by Assistant Lecturer Hussain Muhammad Abboud, explaining the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Technique, a technique widely used in molecular biology that derives its name from one of its basic elements, which is (DNA polymerase), where the polymerase chain reaction aims to multiply and form millions of copies of molecules.  Deoxyribonucleic Acid identical to the basic DNA template through enzymatic replication outside living organisms and has many applications, including genetic cloning, diagnosis of some genetic diseases and analysis of genetic fingerprints of a person in the framework of forensic medicine.
