Professor Hussein Hassan Hussein, a teaching professor at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah participated in the meeting held by the Central Committee for Safety and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Security (CBRN - SS) at the University of Basrah in the presence of former committee heads and a number of civil defense officers in the province.
 The meeting included several paragraphs, including honoring the former head of the CBRN-SS Committee, Dr. Hadi Salman Al-Lami, in order to end his assignment from the presidency of the committee and to refer him to retirement.
 The meeting also included a discussion of several axes, including the allocation of budgets within colleges and research centers for maintenance and maintenance work in order to achieve safety and chemical security, activating ministerial orders related to this axis, as well as forming supportive teams of outstanding students to educate their colleagues, recording negative comments, if any, and working to establish central stores with specifications  It included the most important safety standards, especially the stores of dangerous and prohibited materials, as well as activating the work on the CAT program to control the circulation of chemicals within the university.
