The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah started the activities of the first festival (plant a seedling).
 The Head of the Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants Department Assistant Professor Dr. Ola Muhammad Nour Al-Moussawi, indicated: We started the festival activities by cleaning the gardens and preparing them for planting during the days of the festival, which will give the college a beautiful view as we approach the beginning of the new academic year.
