He participated in the Faculty of Pharmacy at University of Basrah  and assistant scientific professor Dr. Shaker Abdul Salem Nema in Events of the ceremony honoring the first students held by the Holy Abbasid Threshold and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq al-Issa as well as the legitimate authority of the Abbasid holy threshold Mr. Ahmed Al-Safi and secretary general of the threshold Abbasiya and in the presence of a number of presidents of Iraqi public and civil universities and deans of colleges and institutes and a number of academics and graduates The first where Dr. Shaker Abdul Salem participated in the distribution of gifts and books of thanks and excellence to some of the first students from different Iraqi universities Government and civil society during the 6th Annual Central Ceremony to honor the first students of Iraqi public and civil universities for the year The previous study (2016-2017) as part of the national sponsor boys project as well as received a honor from the Secretariat of the Abbasid Threshold to value the role of University of Basrah  is distinguished in scientific and academic mobility. The first students were also honored at all faculties of University of Basrah , including First on the Faculty of Pharmacy.
