The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah held a joyful religious celebration to commemorate the birth of Imam Mahdi (AJFS). Organized by the Student Activities Division and the Qanadeel Al-Ataa volunteer team, the event was attended by many students and faculty.

Dr. Sanaa Jawad Al-Mayyah emphasized the spiritual and educational importance of such occasions. The event included Quranic recitations and an awareness lecture on the biography of Imam Mahdi (PBUH) and his mission of justice and reform.

The celebration featured cultural competitions, gift distributions, and charitable initiatives, fostering a positive university environment that strengthens social bonds and high moral values within the academic community.
