The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in collaboration with the University of Basrah, announces the "Higher Education Reading Prize," a major intellectual initiative for university students.
A total prize pool of **100 Million Iraqi Dinars** will be awarded to 40 winners. The competition requires participants to read and analyze two specific works: *"Islamic Perspectives on the Declaration of Human Rights"* by the late Sayyid Mohammed Al-Sadr and *"The Civilizational Question"* by Zaki Milad.
This initiative aims to foster a generation of cultured and analytical thinkers capable of addressing civilizational challenges through scientific perspectives. We invite all students to participate actively and represent the University of Basrah with intellectual excellence.
