University of Basrah medical student (Hassan Abdul-Hadi) achieved 8th place in the "Creativity and Excellence Award" exam, held for the top graduates of all medical colleges in Iraq for the academic year 2022/2023, amid elite national competition.
The evaluation was held at Al-Nahrain University under the direct supervision of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Apparatus and the Committee of Deans of Medical Colleges. His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research inspected the exam and directed the honoring of distinguished students, granting them clinical seats in the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations (Board) as recognition of their exceptional academic performance.
This achievement reflects the scientific rigor and the stimulating academic environment provided by the College of Medicine at the University of Basrah, which consistently strives to graduate world-class medical professionals capable of competing in both national and international forums.
