As part of the readiness of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah to receive the academic year
 2023/2024 The college rehabilitated the organic chemistry laboratory for undergraduate students.
The Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Daoud Jaloub Halil, stated: We have rehabilitated the laboratory by performing complete maintenance of the sewage sewers and water installations, as well as furnishing the laboratory with furniture that matches the quality standards of research laboratories to ensure the greatest possible degree of safety for our students while they take practical tests.
