The Electron Microscopy Unit in the College of Pharmacy - University of Basrah is preparing to hold the second conference and applied exhibition for patents and the sixteenth for the Iraqi Innovation and Creativity Center, under the sponsorships of the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the President of University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, and in cooperation with the Iraqi Innovation and Creativity Center and the representative of the Pharmacists Syndicate in Basra.

The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, stated that the conference will be held with the participation of a group of inventors who have patent certificates from the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control, for the period 22-23/2/2023, in the hall of the Oil Cultural Center.

The head of the Electron Microscopy Unit, Assistant Professor Dr. Nisreen Walid Mustafa, stated that the conference and exhibition will include different fields for medical, engineering, agricultural and pure sciences. Dr. Nisreen added: The conditions for participation in the conference are that the patent must have obtained a certificate from the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control during the last ten years.

The patent will be presented in the form of a poster measuring (80 cm x 200 cm) and the subscription fee will be (50,000) Fifty thousand Iraqi dinars. The fee must be transferred via Zain Cash (07708772171) or paid directly to Assistant Professor Dr. Nisreen Walid Mustafa. The participation will be via the link attached below. Dr Nisreen added: Each participant, as an inventor, will receive a certificate of participation, a certificate of award, and a Medal of Creativity. As for the attendees, they will receive a certificate of attendance.
