This unit is one of the important units within the Student Affairs Division, where this unit performs many tasks, including

1- Preparing the numerical statistics for graduates required by the ministry, the presidency or the deanship of the college

2- Providing graduate students with graduation certificate to their departments or to any other department and in accordance with the regulations

3- Auditing the files of graduate students with graduation orders for previous years
-
4- Storing the master's sheet for all department graduates for five years
-
5- Provide graduate students with transcripts addressed to the entity requested by the applicant and according to the regulations
-
6- Certification of transcripts and endorsements by the unit seal
-
7- Awarding graduate students a graduate certificate after being approved by the Deanship of the College and the Presidency of the University
