A lecturer  at  university of basrah  has published a research in an international journal included in index of Scopus  category
       Lecturer Maysa Bannai Zubairi who is teaching at the Pharmacy College /University of Basra has published a research entitled (Deficiency  of vitamin D and treatment in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome in Iraq) in an international journal :The  Egyptian Rheumatologist / Egypt , which is included in index of Scopus classification ,with an impact factor: 0.67 and is published by the Elsevier Company.
 The research aimed to use modern methods in the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, a highly prevalent disease in Iraqi society due to many physiological and psychological reasons. 
 The research highlighted the importance of vitamin D for people with this disease and the required treatment for  three months or even more .
