A team of researchers at  the  university of basrah  has published  a research in an international journal.

 A team of researchers Dr. Bassem Jassim Humaid and Dr. Rahim Jamil Moheisen at Pharmacy College and  Raghda Mohammed Al Kamel at Basra Health Institution have  published a  research entitled "Preparation, diagnosis and study of pharmacological activities of 2-amino-thiazolidine derivatives" in the Indian journal "Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences " which is with an impact factor 0.21 and included within Scopus  and Thompson classification.
The  research has included preparation, diagnosis and study of the pharmacological activities of some new thiazolidine derivatives as analgesic and anti-inflammatory agents.The aim of the study was to synthesize new drugs with effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties and high safety.
